 ChartDirector license issue |

Hello,
We have been using ChartDirector licensed version from a very long time on php 5.1
Now we are testing it on php 5.6 with the same license but we are getting yellow banner and it says unregistered version.
Can you please help us out? Because we are now moving to 5.6 and we need to solve this problem asap.

Hi Jahanzeb,
If you have downloaded the latest ChartDirector version, one possibility is that your license was too old for the latest version of ChartDirector. The ChartDirector license key should work for the ChartDirector version at the time of purchasing the license, and all ChartDirector versions that was released within 1 year of the purchase date, and also the next major version of ChartDirector. For example, if the version of ChartDirector at the time of purchase is version 4, then your license key should work up to ChartDirector 5.x. The latest version of ChartDirector is version 6.
If you are not sure which version of ChartDirector you have purchased, you may email the license file to me at pkwan@advsofteng.net
Alternatively, you may try the license diagnostic procedure in http://www.advsofteng.com/license_diag.html . The procedure will display why the license cannot be loaded. Please let me know what is the result of the "cdinfo.php" test in the license diagnostic procedure.
If your license key is too old for the current version of ChartDirector, you may purchase version upgrades. Each major version of upgrade costs 25% of the full price of the license (the upgrade price depends on your existing license type). If your license can be used up to version 5, then one upgrade is required to use version 6. If your license can be used up to version 4, then two upgrades are required to use version 6.

Alternatively, if your license can be used up to version 5, you can download ChartDirector version 5.x from our download archive page below. It should work with PHP 5.6.

Thank you for your prompt reply. After downloading ChartDirector 5.x our problem has been solved. I was assuming that new ChartDirector version would work with our old license.
