  Register new version of netchartdirector dll

ho I had an old version (4) working very well with homeseer webserver I now want to upgrade to v6 but when i replace the netchartdirector dll windows 7 objects.  I think i need to register the dll with windows 7 but i have forgotten can you help please as i have been using for years and love the software
