  code showing instead of the chart on the browser when loading charts.

Hi,
I am using the ChartDirector Version 4.1 on coldfusion 8.1. My java version is 1.5.0_16
Most of the times, my charts load properly but sometimes when I am trying to load a chart, instead of the chart, the following is displayed on the browser. Please help

Hi Rachit,

It looks like the standard ColdFusion debug output. Have you enable debugging in your ColdFusion server? (Go to the ColdFusion Administrator, check the Debugging setting.) You may refer to ColdFusion's documentation for more details, or see the following link:

When debugging in on, all pages should have some HTML appended to show debugging information. I suspect something in your system may be is corrupting the debugging output, so you see the HTML tags. (Are you using the ColdFusion built-in server directly, or are you go through another server? The connection between ColdFusion and the other server often is the cause of the problem.)

Anyway, you can try to disable debugging to see if it helps. If you are going through another server (eg. Apache), try not to use the other server for testing. If the problem does not occur when directly using the built-in server that comes with ColdFusion, the interface between ColdFusion and the other server may need some adjustment.
