Can someone suggest some (windows) tools for chart layout and color selection. I've been using PixelRuler to get things where I want them.
I have not started picking colors.

For color picking, the ChartDirector coloring system is the same as the that used in web pages. The color picker in most graphics editing programs should work fine. There should also be plenty of online resources, such as "http://www.colorpicker.com/".
