Does Chart Director check for the presence of graphics accelerator cards and use them when they exist?

Hi Jerry,

ChartDirector does not use any graphics accelerator cards.

For server applications, these cards are not useful, as they are not designed to handle hundreds of concurrent users.

Even for single user desktop applications, ChartDirector can draw charts quite quickly. You are welcome to compare ChartDirector with other applications that claim to use graphics accelerators. For a typical desktop application, I would not be surprising to see ChartDirector being faster than applications using graphics accelerators.
