  Transparency Color

HI All

please note that I searched the whole site and the forums, but i could not find the answer.
Can Someone please let me know how can I set the background color of the XYChart to transparent?
I am using VS.Net 2008.
What I need here is a transparent color in the windows form (VB form) Not the saved image (i.e. NOt 'c.setTransparentColor(&Hffffff)').
