  Chartdir.lic no longer works after laptop upgrade

I recently had a laptop upgrade and my chartdir now has the "ad message" in the generated png files. I have a chartdir.lic file in the same directory as my perl win32 dlls for chartdir, but it doesn't seem to work any more.
