 Yellow banner in chartdirector |

Hi,
We have used the demo version of chartdirector for trial purpose. In our test project, the yellow banner was displayed in the chart.
The yellow banner doesn't disappear even after using the licensed version.
Please help.

Hi pramilav,
When you purchased ChartDirector, a license key should have been delivered to you. By entering the license key to ChartDirector, the yellow banner will be disabled.
The exact method to enter the license key depends on your programming language edition of ChartDirector and your operating system. Please refer to the Installation section of the ChartDirector documentation on how to install the license code. You may also refer to the web page at "http://www.advsofteng.com/license_install.html" for instructions.
If the above still cannot disable the yellow banner, you may try the license diagnostic procedure in http://www.advsofteng.com/license_diag.html
If the license diagnostic procedure still does not solve the problem, please email me your license file "chartdir.lic" (my email is pkwan@advsofteng.net), and inform me of your prorgramming language, operating system, and whether you are using ChartDirector in a web or windows application. If you are using ChartDirector in a web application, please also inform me the result of the "cdinfo" test as mentioned in the license diagnostic procedure.
