  cD support ( dll ) for WinCE 6.0

Hi ,

I would like to create a mobile / device application in VB. In that , I want to draw some charts for the real time data. Will that ChartDirector support WinCE 6.0 ?

I mean , will that ChartDirector dll for .Net can support device / mobile application i.e. for WinCE 6.0 ?

You info / help on this ASAP is highly appreciated.

Hi Subarayan,

ChartDirector for .NET requires the standard .NET framework. WinCE usually only has the .NET compact framework, and this cannot support ChartDirector.

So I think ChartDirector for .NET cannot run on WinCE.

Or Is there any other way we can use ChartDirector to plot charts/ graphs in WinCE 6.0 ?

Hi Subarayan,

Unluckily, I think it is unlikely that ChartDirector for C++ or for ASP/COM/VB can run on Win CE.

I have never tested ChartDirector on Win CE at all, and am not sure if it can run on Win CE. ChartDirector for .NET can run on any platform supporting the .NET standard edition, and ChartDirector for JSP/Java can run on any platform supporting the Java standard edition. However, it seems Win CE does not support them.
