  Charts stopped working all of a sudden ine system

Hello,

All of a sudden charts are not working .
we are using AIX and jdk1.4.2 .
some times it is working and when we restart the J2ee engine it will not work.

can you help us.

Hi SAP,

Would you mind to inform me what is the error message? The error message is usually sent to the browser, so you can see it. However, some people configure their systems not to send error message to the browser (eg. to avoid the end users seeing them). In this case, the error message usually is in the "error log" or "access log" of your system.

If you are seeing a broken image symbol (a "red X"), please go into the "red X" and inform me of the error message. See the following link if you are not aware how to get the error message inside the "red X":
