  ChartDirector for .NET and/or ASP - installation on 64bit server?

We are building out a new website that will be hosted on a 64bit server.  We would like to continue using ChartDirector, but have encountered issues when trying to install.  Is this supported?  Is there a different installer for 64bit?

Hi Jess,

Both "ChartDirector for .NET" and "ChartDirector for ASP/COM/VB" works on both 32-bit and 64-bit servers.

The "ChartDirector for .NET" is 100% managed code using the "Any CPU" architecture, which means it works natively on both 32-bit and 64-bit servers. There is only one installer and it should work on both 32-bit and 64-bit servers.

The latest version of "ChartDirector for ASP/COM/VB" will registered itself for both 32-bit and 64-bit usage on a 64-bit server. Also, there is only one installer and it should work on both 32-bit and 64-bit servers.

If you have encountered any issue, would you mind to inform me what is the issue? Is there any error message?
