  Error loading ChartDirector for php extension

HI

I upgrade WWW server to apache 2.4.6 and php to 5.4.6,found chartdirector counldn't load

My system information :

1.PHP 5.4.6.
2.Apache 2.4.2.
3.Linux Version Red Hat Enterprise AS release 4 i686.
4.set php.ini extension_dir=/usr/local/php/modules.
5.copy all files from ChartDirector's  lib to /usr/local/php/modules  include fonts directory.
6.set enable_dl=on  add safe_mod=Off  and extension=phpchartdir530.dll

But it still doesn't work.....

Please help me solve this problem..
