Hi Peter,
Im using asp.net c# code to display graph. Mouse over on graph working on laptop/pc but
not working on iphone/ipad touchscreen. Can you suggest solution? Thanks in advance

Hi Bill,
Unluckily, the current version of the ChartDirector Javascript drag to zoom/scroll or track cursor interface is not designed for touch interface. It only works for mouse interface.
We have tried this on touch devices ourselves and are aware that it does not work smoothly. For example, the touch device may interpret a "finger drag" to mean "scrolling" the web page or for other actions, rather than tracking the cursor. There are also complications for multi-touch and so on.
If you need to support touch based devices, we suggest you may disable the drag to zoom/scroll or track cursor interface if your code detected that the client is using a touch based interface.
We will develop a updated Javascript library that can support touch interface, but we cannot promise a date yet.

I realize this is an older post, but was curious if there was any updates? I'd really be
interested in having the track line javascript support tablets.

It should be available in about Oct 2014 when we release ChartDirector 6.0.
