The website http://www.advsofteng.com/ is not working, there seems to be a problem with the hosting provider.
Are there any mirrors where I can download new ChartDirector versions?

There is currently some technical issues with our web site. We are working with our hosting provider to solve the problem.
Would you mind to inform me which edition of ChartDirector you would like to download. I can provide you with the direct link.
