 Redistributing Chart Director With Excel Addin |

Peter,
I wish to create an Excel addin that uses chart director. Where do I stand in terms of redistributing the run time required files for use in an Excel environment ? Is it not true that as Excel has a design time environment, that I will effectively be giving clients my licensed copy of Chart Director which they could use instead of paying for a license ?
Do you see what I mean ? Thanks in advance,
