Thanks,

Hi Karen,
There are many programming language editions of ChartDirector. Since you mentioned about
"Framework v3.5", are you using the "ChartDirector for .NET"?
All programming language editions of ChartDirector 5.0.2 can run on Windows 2008 R2.
There are two types of Windows 2008 - the 32-bit Windows and 64-bit Windows.
"ChartDirector for .NET", "ChartDirector for JSP/Java" and "ChartDirector for ColdFusion" can
work natively with both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.
Other editions of ChartDirector 5.0.2 can run in 32-bit mode only. They can be used on 64-
bit Windows, but they must be run in 32-bit mode. If you are using IIS, the IIS needs to be
configured to run in 32-bit mode, or be configured to have 32-bit pools.
With the exception of "ChartDirector for Ruby", all programming language editions of
ChartDirector 5.1 editions can work natively with both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.
Hope this can help.
Regards
