Unluckily, ChartDirector does not have a built-in tool for interactive drawing.
As a chart is just an image, many graphics drawing or editing tools, such as Windows Paint
or Photoshop, can allow the user to draw on it. Unluckily, ChartDirector does not have such
kind of tools built-in, so you may need to find another interactive graphics editing
component, or develop your own. (I have actually seen some of our clients develop their
own tool for interactive drawing of lines and text boxes on top of the chart, so it is
certainly feasible.)
