I'm experiencing problems when trying to export 2d plots to pdf on a mac using Chartdirector 6. The pdf is generated but reported as corrupt when I try to open it. I have tried e.g. Adobe Reader and Chrome.
I'm using DrawArea->out(myfile.pdf) to generate the output. Note that the same code generates valid pdf files on windows machines.
Update to this. It seems that the problem was in my environment setup. I still had ChartDirector 5 on the os x platform and requesting .pdf output resulteed in a .png instead. Updating to ChartDirector 6 solved the problem.
