The ChartDirector for Java cannot be used on Android. Although the Android programming language is "Java like", the framework is different. For example, Java uses java.awt.Font to represent fonts, while Android uses "android.graphics.Typeface" to represent fonts. So they are not compatible.
For Android, we do have an unsupported experimental version of the ChartDirector for Andriod. I will send the details to you by email.
