Our company appears to have a licence for this and we need to be able to manage this and would also like to upgrade the version we have however we don't have any information about our previous licence.
I have emailed support directly however have had no response. Is there anything anyone on this forum can do to chase this information?
Sorry for the problem. We always respond to email within 1 day. In this case, our system mistakenly filter this email away. After reading your message in the forum, we are able to recovery the email.
