The current version of ChartDirector for .NET on our web site can work with .NET Framework 4.8 on Visual Studio 2019.
For the .NET Core 3, we will release a "ChartDirector for .NET Core" in Decr 2019. Right now, there is already an early release that can generate chart images. We are currently working on the documentation and sample code. The Dec 2019 release will include sample code for ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Core RazorPages, and Desktop sample code (for Windows Forms and WPF). See:
