 Roadmap about supporting .Net 6 |

Hi sir/madam,
Recently, we are planning and investigating to upgrade our windows c# winform application to .Net 6. From Microsoft website, they plan to release .Net 6 on Nov. 2021. Does ChartDirector plan to support .Net 6 ? Or we could use the latest version ChartDirector c# v7.0 in .Net 6? Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
We are committed to support .NET 6 in ChartDirector 7.x. As .NET 6 has not been official released yet, we do not know if it would work with ChartDirector 7.0. We may need to release an updated version ChartDirector 7.1 to support .NET 6, so you may need to update the ChartDirector. In our update policy, minor version update is free of charge.
