Hi Tim,
Are you using the getBootLog test on the application and on the machine that causes the problem? Sometimes the licensing may work in the development machine and not the deployment machine because they have licenses of different versions.
If this still cannot solve the problem, you may email your license key to me (pkwan@advsofteng.net) and also the screen shot of the getBootLog output. Please make sure the getBootLog output is obtained on the application instance that shows the problem.
